We’ve designed two special winter wedding packages to help you make the most of this magical season. Whether you envision a romantic elopement or a small gathering of family and friends, we have an option to suit your needs.

THE Winter RETREAT

2-hour celebration with overnight accommodations
Up to 18 guests (including couple)

Investment

$2,800 + $25/per guest

CANCELLATION POLICY

We understand that circumstances can change. Please review our cancellation policy carefully:

Deposits and payments are non-refundable
If we successfully rebook your canceled date with another event, we will refund 50% of payments made
Date transfers may be available subject to availability ($1,500 transfer fee applies)
Force majeure events will be handled on a case-by-case basis

PAYMENT SCHEDULE

For Events More Than 12 Months Away:

$1,500 initial holding deposit to secure your date
First payment (⅓ of base fee) due 12 months prior
Second payment (⅓ of base fee) due 6 months prior
Final payment of base fee due 2 weeks prior to event
Overages (per person cost, rentals, etc) due after the event within two weeks

For Events Less Than 12 Months Away:

All payments are non-refundable. Payment plans can be customized upon request. We accept personal checks, bank transfers, and all major credit cards (3.5% processing fee applies for credit card payments).

Holding Dates

All dates are available first come, first served. We cannot hold a date without a deposit.
