Our special winter elopement package is designed to help you make the most of this magical season. Celebrate your love in an intimate setting that combines historic charm with winter wonder. Every detail is thoughtfully arranged, allowing you to focus on what matters most – your love story unfolding in a setting as unique as you are.

CANCELLATION POLICY

We understand that circumstances can change. Please review our cancellation policy carefully:

Deposits and payments are non-refundable
If we successfully rebook your canceled date with another event, we will refund 50% of payments made
Date transfers may be available subject to availability ($1,500 transfer fee applies)
Force majeure events will be handled on a case-by-case basis

PAYMENT SCHEDULE

For Events More Than 12 Months Away:

$1,500 initial holding deposit to secure your date
First payment (⅓ of base fee) due 12 months prior
Second payment (⅓ of base fee) due 6 months prior
Final payment of base fee due 2 weeks prior to event
Overages (per person cost, rentals, etc) due after the event within two weeks

For Events Less Than 12 Months Away:

All payments are non-refundable. Payment plans can be customized upon request. We accept personal checks, bank transfers, and all major credit cards (3.5% processing fee applies for credit card payments).

Holding Dates

All dates are available first come, first served. We cannot hold a date without a deposit.
